Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to create a positive impact on buyers before they step foot into your home. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers create their initial perception of your house and how you keep up your home's regular maintenance.
Understanding this assists us in deciding what plan of action we can use to entice buyers from the street and into your home. If your house isn't the best it can look on the outside with retouched paint and colorful greenery we'll need to tackle those issues. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your house's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your place seem to say, "Hello From Your New Place" to a buyer? Touring your place with a buyer's eye, I'll recommend arrangements that enhance Open House appeal.
I'll suggest that you get rid of anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Tabletops should be free and clear. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and refrigerator works of art should get stored away too. We'll de-clutter your house. Disheveled or busy areas make your home look smaller and buyers have a harder time picturing themselves living there.
I know exactly where a room's best features are and how to highlight them. Changes that directly impact your bottom line include easy-to-fix items like pieces of furniture that should get rearranged, rooms that need fresh paint, carpet that needs steaming, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need cleaning.
With me by your side, you'll know that your house is likable and that it's friendly, staying away from "offensive" or "personalized" shades on the walls and furniture. And if none of your belongings are there, you can try temporary furnishings. The goal is for your house to look homey as opposed to vacated.

Setting the Stage
At your Open House, we want to capture buyers' attention. To counteract darkness is important and we'll open curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to show off your home. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music to listen to while guests look at your home and make sure a delightful aroma flows from every room. We'll make use of cozy-looking throws, and pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your current house has the potential to be. |
